We achieved a new update! 2.90.23

posted by Fireburn on Sunday, May the 31st at 10:55 PM

Hello there,

It's been two weeks since you've last heard from us, and therefor, here is, as promised, our new blog.
The last 2 weeks we've added several new things in, I will give you a short list.

7 days ago we released 2.90.22, this version, apart from some bugfixes, had a re-added feature.
Since the release of 2.90 it was possible to upgrade your banklimit, but it never really worked and never saved into the database. We changed this with 2.90.22. From now on, you can upgrade your banklimit to 1.000.000.000$! That is quite an amount, and if you upgrade it in one time it would cost you 1.200.200.000$, so it is quite a challenge to get the highest banklimit possible.
That update also included some small new features, like mutereasons and times, and some bugfixes and small changes.

And today, we are going to bring you another update, which is 2.90.23!
This new version includes two brand new handlers.
First of all, there is a new interior-weapons-handler. The last months there have been bugs regarding people having weapons inside of interiors and such. This new handler fixes all of that! It now only gives you interior weapons when you really need it, such as in the robbery minigame.
The second new handler is one that probably will be upgraded every week. from now on.
As the topic title says, we achieved something. And that is exactly what you can do in .23! You can do achievements, small things, that you will unlock at certain times. For example, try to die 5 times in a row without killing anyone, and that is just one of the current 15 achievements we've added last days. The next weeks we will continue to add more ingame, so you can have more fun discovering them.
.23 also updates some small bugs and adds some small features, from now on you can use /nos in a Feltzer again, and you can taxi to location 9, which will bring you to Los Santos Airport.
For a full list of changes, check out the Changelog!

We hope you will like this new update, we do.

Next week we will work on a new savehandler to save your data when you crash

Development speeding up

Hi there,

It has been a while since you last heard from us in a blogpost, so I will take this blog to date you up on everything that's been happening and more. As you saw in this blogpost we have been looking for new developers.
We are proud to announce we now have two more active developers, being Felle and Matthias. If you haven't congratulated them yet, here is your chance. I would like to wish you two the best of luck, and we hope you will fix many bugs and add lots of features.
I would also like to thank everyone else who applied, we really appreciate that you took the time to apply.

So, what has been done scriptwise the last weeks? As you can see on our Changelog quite some bugs have been fixed, which is great. There are still some bugs in the gamemode, which we will try to fix as soon as possible, including players losing stuff when they crash. With two new developers things are going much faster, and we can fix bugs at a faster rate than before. After we have finished fixing these bugs we will go on to adding more interesting features for everyone.

We are currently working on a plan which involves how we are going to develop in the coming months, and how we will communicate. You will hear more about this later.
As for now, we will continue making the LVP gamemode cooler and better, and with our new developers this is speeding up.
