Retrieving a lost nickname/username

If you've lost or forgotten your Las Venturas Playground nickname/username and are unable to gain access to your ingame account, the first thing to remember is: don't panic - it can be most likely be retrieved without too much hassle.

  • If you remember a part of your nickname/username, you can try performing a search.
  • Try searching your email inbox and deleted items for emails from Las Venturas Playground.

    • If neither of those options bring the desired result, you can try:

  • Creating a thread in our forum Help Requests section
  • Speaking to a crew member on IRC

    • The more information you are able to provide, the more chance we will have of finding your account.

    Las Venturas Playground will never ask you for your password, this won't help us find your account and as such, please do not provide it.
